Can I see the book before paying?+
Yes. You see the cover and the first page, already illustrated with their face. After you pay we finish the book and send a final proof to approve before printing.
What happens to my child's photo?+
We only use it to draw your child, and their people if you send their photos, in your book. Claude by Anthropic describes their features and the illustration service we use draws them; nobody else sees it. It is stored encrypted and deleted automatically after 10 days. We never train models on it or share it.
Which styles can you draw them in?+
As an animated movie, a comic book hero or painted in classic gouache, like the storybooks we grew up with. You pick the style before we start, and the preview shows the cover and the first page drawn with their face.
How long does delivery take?+
We print it close to their home, so it arrives anywhere from a few days to about three weeks after you approve the proof, depending on where they live. You see the date when you order, and we email you when it ships.
Can I send it from another country?+
Yes. Pay with your card from wherever you are and we deliver to their home. When you order, you see where we ship and when it arrives.
Do you use artificial intelligence?+
Yes, to write and illustrate a different book for every child. Our team reviews every book before printing, and you can change any line.
What if I don't like it?+
Ask for a new drawing of any page and edit the text before approving. If anything goes wrong in printing, we reprint it free.
